Digital signs are displays we see throughout Chicago. Almost everywhere you go you see digital signs. Digital signs help give people information and give our city postmodern images. I am interested in digital signs because it makes our city look good and reveal information to people. Another name of a digital sign is a digital signage. Digital signage is used throughout the world due to its beneficial value. China leads the world in the number of digital signage, which is 120,000 screens.
Purposes of digital signage
. Public information- news, weather, and local information
. Internal information- Health and Safety
. Menu information- prices, photos, ingredients, and other food information.

I think digital signs is a good way to advertise and shows creativity for different companies. Companies have to be presentable to sale their product and electronics is a good way to do it. Digital signs makes cities look more appealing because of the bright lights on them. Informative things are posted on digital signs therefore making them useful to everyone who is a consumer.
ReplyDeleteI think digital signs is a good way to advertise for companies because more people can see it,not just as their walking or looking in a magzine but as their driving and etc. its more visable for people to see ebcause its brighter,its biggeer,and it catches your attention quicker than what regular advertisements(paper,or a spot in magazines) do.
ReplyDeleteI think that these things are very useful. They make it easier to read things. Most of the time when things aren't big bright and bold they are hard too read. The digital banners show them all. They are big bright and bold. The digital banners get my attention better too. Its a faster way to advertise things than in a magazine or flyer. I think that this is the best thing in the world of technology.
ReplyDeleteyes i do think it is a good way for companies to advertise. the advertisment are very big bright and they capture people attention. in a way i think they do make the city look better because they give it light and make it look more active or involved somehow. digital sighs have shown me new things, and shown me what is what. they stop a lot of confusion.

In order to build your business, you have to advertise, and digital signs is a great way to catch people's attention. Digital signs also make the city look more appealing because they are colorful.
ReplyDeleteDigital advertisements are virtually everywhere in the developed world. Although I do not take particular notice to individual signs, I often laugh or complain in response to the advertisements on these digital boards. Although they are not directly beneficial to our lives. They are a distraction and a nuisance to society and working people...
